Horrible Service

I had my iPhone XS screen repaired and it only worked for 2 weeks before my screen started malfunctioning. At first it was the ghost touching and it later turned into certain spots on my screen not working at all. I contacted Ishmael Mabunda on numerous occasions for assistance and was told that a technician would be sent to my house for 3 weeks straight until finally a technician came only to tell me to give him an additional R1000 to fix my phone when it was his fault it was not working anymore.
