Ishmael's quick response this morning, coupled with the fact that everything was arranged with minutes after 2 simple emails, started the day off well. Anthony the technician in Pretoria was incredible. Extremely efficient, kept in contact to let me know where he was while coming out to my office, and he did the job with such expertise, friendliness and humour.

I was expecting a day or 2 without a phone, meanwhile everything was done in 20 minutes, and at my office. Almost like it never happened. Thanks for turning a nightmare into a pleasant experience. WELL DONE to you and Mr Ishmael and Mr Anthony. Very impressed with all involved! HIGHLY Recommended!
