Finally its done... been waiting

Finally im sorted. In 2019 February i broke my work Panasonic military laptop. I look for a screen and another company quoted me R19 000 to replace the screen and another one R15 000 none had the screen instock. This frustrated me for over 3 months until around June a friend of mine gave me screen team contact numbers. This guys quoted me R3500 and advised that it will take some time for them to get such screen and they will required upfront payment.

I paid them the full amount of R3500 in July 2019 , they did update me and sometime they were quite and it kept frustrating me more and my bosses were putting me under pressure. Honestly by December i have already lost hope in getting the screen or was asking for my refund... I thought this was not gonna happen at all. January i kept quite and to my surprise this morning got the call from the screen team that my screen is here and they will be at my workplace by 10:00.

My screen is now fixed after a year of waiting. I appreciate your efforts guys and my only advise is that you guys must communicate and give updates to us your clients as we get frustrated by delays. Thanks for going all out . ill rate you 4/5 as you still need to improve on your updates and communications. Overall you know what you are doing
