The worst quality ever!

I ordered a Scotty Bag online. The original price was R1800. I did pay less as it was on sale. I've had it 3 months and the whole inner lining of the bag is falling apart! I had to take it to a repair shop today as I can't use the bag anymore. This is never happened to me, not even with mass production bags that you buy on the street! Also, the little Scotty emblem fell off while I was at the mall and is now missing. I can't even contact the company as their details are nowhere on their website!
