Employees mistreated

I've never been this disappointed. I'm currently at the Saxon Hotel, and there's a supervisor or manager by the name Ashwin, here who is openly shouting and swearing at employees in front of guests.

He's using profanity like "f*** you" and even dictating how they should walk—it's truly appalling. I never expected to witness something like this in a place of this caliber.
