Pathetic Customer Service

Simeon from sales is brutally dishonest regarding stock availability and delivery commitments, it's now 5 days later with 4 promises made and not honored after they have been paid. I was told after complaining that a director will call me, needless to say that didn't happen. The culture of Sandpit is one of disrespecting you as the customer.
