Worst service

I bought a wig from the Sandton branch, the lace goes over both my ears. I took it back and a lady did the resizing using a thread and chalk (no tape measure). I called in today, a week later to follow up. I'm being told I have to come in and have the hair resized because the consultant that did it last week was not from their branch. What ******* is this???? I called in again and spoke to someone else who says she will check and call me back! UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. This is my first and last time buying from this ****a shop!!!! I want what I paid for or else a refund!
