Voucher ****

I received a 20% voucher in September that was valid for three months . In November when I wanted to purchase a wig using the above mentioned voucher the online store had no stock till today . I e-mailed customer service to inform them hoping they would extend my voucher till the unit I wanted was in stock and was advise they couldn’t confirm when it would be in stock and I should purchase something that is in stock . I try to do as advised and the voucher has now expired when it was due to expire tomorrow. I e-mail them again only to be met with sorry there is nothing we can do. Such a disappointment in comparison with the upstanding service I have received from the stores .
