Very Bad hair quality/closure

Bought my weave at Savannah mall limpopo, and on that same day I took it for bleaching. Which i always do with all my weaves and i always love the outcomes. Only this time,Worst decision of my life. The texture changed/closure looked 10 years older. I even wore better looking weaves which were cheaper. It was the 1st time i bought from then and i say Never and never again!!!!!
