The oldest unit I have from them is 2 years old and still looks great. I now have multiple units from them and I'm absolutely satisfied. Theit staff is friendly and helpful both in store nd online. The hair is silky, smells great and OMG can we discuss the lace!!!I'm not just happy customer, I'm loyal to this brand :-)
