The San Hair Midrand Branch ****** me of my good quality hair for bad quality

Brought my Brazilian kinky hair to the Midrand branch for treatment and also to replace old closure i had to make arrangements for my hair to be couriered because i am based in Bloemfontein the reason i left my hair was because since 2018 after buying my hair at the san hair i have been travelling to jhb just to treat my hair that’s how much i trusted the san hair but with my recent experience i am really disappointed because how does one not know their hair the hair that i left for treatment was not the same hair i received from the san hair and when i laid a complaint i am being told that the hair i received is mine like since 2018 someone wants to tell me that i can’t see when i am given the wrong hair? So guys when you take your hair to the Midrand branch please check it mark it so that you don’t have to lose your good quality hair for bad quality hair like me. Maybe someone thought since I am based in Bloemfontein i won’t be a problem maybe I let this slide well i am not i will make a noise until i am heard if it means me travelling to jhb i will do so this has to stop we work really hard for our money to support black owned business if people think they can rob us then we will keep quiet well i am not until gonna keep quiet and i am not gonna let this pass someone must account.
