Sadly dissatisfied

I ordered hair online. I emailed them multiple times but my emails were ignored. Calls were unanswered and messages were ignored. It took them almost week after receiving the your order is complete for them to deliver the hair to the salon. The people working there(the salon where I was meant to collect the hair) were rude and made sure I understood that there’s nothing I can do. I wish they were more welcoming. They need to work on their customer service and communication!
