Promised refunds never materialised and no communication
We first took in my wife's hair for treatment and it did not come back and we were promised a refund and to this day they do not even repond to our texts, we then bought another weave which was just problematic and again we were promised a refund which never happened, we are still trying to get our refunds to this with no luck and they do not even bother to communicate. if you are looking for hair i would not recommend that you buy from them if you do not want problems. Rustenburg branch is the worst.
