Poor service constantly received
Everytime I bring my hair for my pre pluck or bleach days before my installation it never ever gets done. They never get it done I always arrive on the day and only then does my hair get done. I feel less valued as a customer and maybe there are those they treat with priority I definitely don’t belong here and I am never coming here again I’m not needed.
