Poor hair quality

I purchased a wig 22 inches last year November at parklands Cape Town and started wearing it in December it has been falling out since then,the quality of the hair is so poor,and now m sitting with this bushy wig I even struggle to brush it.it has split ends all over what a waste of money.i actually want to return it. The San hair is fooled me.
