POOR HAIR AND SERVICE

Worst experience ever, i had to constantly check the progress of my delivery after making an immediate payment into their account and sending the proof of payment and the pictures of the hair i had ordered . they had promised delivery within 2 days, but i only got my hair 2 weeks later. as if this was not enough, the hair looked terrible! nothing like what is on the images advertised, looked very old and of poor quality, and when i raised this with them they insisted that it is the same hair all i had to do is visit their salons for customisation which will cost me R100 each.IMAGINE THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM BUYING FROM THEM. R3,000.00 DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!
