No refund over 7 business days later.

I returned a wig they sent me that was not of good quality. So they received it & on the 11 refund banking details was sent to them, which they acknowledged with "banking days received". They told me it takes 7 business days for the refund to process, I didn't have a problem with that. I was happy to receive communication from them.

Today is the 20th, I was told they are having technical issues this is why I did not receive my refund.

Being in business myself and knowing how transactions work, if the refund was issued on the 11, their apparent technical issues would not have affected this process at all, as it would be with the banking system who normally releases the funds in less than 7 business days.

Frankly, I'm tired of having to pull teeth with Sanhair. It's been a nightmare.

I need for them to release my money as they have received their wig back in the exact condition they sent it. Pictures have been taken to prove it.
