Misleading /Bad service

I placed an order on the 1st of March 2024 and on their terms and conditions they said the longest the order can take is 14 working days when there is a sale.After ignoring numerous emails I had sent to follow up I just got a response saying the order will be ready on the 28th of March 2024 which means it takes them 20 working days just to complete an order and mind you this was not a preorder this was a wig that was advertised for sale.Even if I had ordered from China I wouldve received my order from now.This has been the worst online shopping experience ever.Had I not taken my query to Facebook my emails wouldve been still ignored.
