Managers failing to manage - Nthabiseng

Menlyn mall service is shockingly unprofessional… if I wasn’t a loyal customer I would have left already.

Zero communication from the managers, they do as they please 🥺.

Been here for over an hour, and clients here don’t sit to hold their spot nor leave a message that they are coming back. So I was called by one of the managers to be serviced as I was next and as my hair stylist gets my drink ,another manager named Nthabiseng comes to me and asks me to move as the lady who came in before me just walked back in😡…how is that my fault?! And wasn’t even bothered with what I had to say she just walked away.

So disappointing, and the hair stylists especially Mavis❤️ are great but the ladies at reception/managers are disappointing .
