It is synthetic hair, it is not human hair

This Hair is excessively terrible, it shedds excessively and tangles so bad. It is plastic /synthetic hair coated with silicone to fool you into thinking it is an original human hair. I bought this hair online during the "New Year Sale" special you had on 31 January 2022 & and it arrived on 4 February 2022. I did notice at first that this Hair is synthetic **** but I didn't want to believe it. Since I bought it I wore it only on 19 February 2022 meaning I wore it once and it was shedding excessively and would tangle when I comb it. I then decided to wash it to see if it's really synthetic, to my no surprise it tangled worse after It dried. To think I paid R5493 including R100 for delivery on this synthetic **** hair I regret a lot. This hair showed its True colours after I washed it. And I am not exaggerating for wanting you to believe me, I'm not lying. I don't usually comment, but I had to so that others will be aware. This Hair is no longer usable. It Is Very Diassapointing For a "REPUTABLE" Brand That Pride Itself As a Premium Hair Company. It means 100% quality hair is given only to celebrities and influencers. I am VERY DIASAPPOINTED. I want to be given the hair that I was supposed to get. As a customer that invested MORE THAN R5000 in your company to be getting the synthetic hair I can't take that. I want hair I was supposed to get.!!!!!!
