I would not recommend making online purchases on their online store due to poor communication

I bought my hair on their online store (https://thesanhair.com/) on 29 November 2021 at 9:19 AM from their Black Friday sale. Granted they had communicated that Due to the increased number of orders their order processing time is 7-14 Days and courier takes an additional 2-3 working days.

However I have sent FOUR emails inquiring about the progress of my online order after they had sent an email last week on 10 December 2021 communicating they were expecting to receive more stock early the coming week and I have received no response regarding the status of my order to help ease my conscious.

I expressed on the emails that I would appreciate receiving a response to my query as it was starting to come off as though they were are intentionally ignoring my emails and it did not look good for their business and reputation but they still chose not to respond.

I have went as far as contacting their establishment telephonically on *** only to be sent to voicemail countless times.

At this point I would not recommend making online purchases on their online store due to the terrible service received.
