Horrific service at The San Hair Midrand

I visited the hair and beauty salon on Friday the 18th to take my wigs for treatment. the lady that was assisting me informed me that i have to sign a consent form as my wigs were entangled. she made notes on the form which specified that only one wig was entangled. upon picking up my wig on the 24th i was told to take a seat. i waited for about 15min and started noticing that the ladies in the store room were coming to peep at me and i could hear them laughing from the back. few minutes later 2 ladies came out and each one had one of my wigs, the one holding the short wig handed it to me and the wig was nothing short of trash that needed to be thrown, the wig looked like dogs were fighting over it. i was literally broken and shattered, all they could say was sorry and the lady **** in my face saying the wig was tangled and yet when i brought them we both confirmed it was the long curly one and there was no way the other wig could be tangled. it was still in good condition when i brought it in. the wig suddenly had a hole on it and the stitching was coming off. i requested a refund for the service i had paid for and they informed they would credit my account. 4 days later i have not received any communication or a refund from the san. i am highly disappointed with how i was treated as a customer, THE LIES by their staff....All I want is my money back and they will never see me again.... NEVER!
