Horrible Hair quality @ the Sanhair Woodstock

I bought a weave for R4900 @ The san Hair Woodstock it turned out to be a cheap and plastic weave that tangles terribly, I couldn’t even brush it. when I returned it to the branch they said there’s nothing wrong with the weave they just installed me again. Nd I tried to put it on again it was horrible it was a mess I couldn’t even style it

when I returned it nd want my money back they said 3 months return policy is over but I jst used the weave 2 times and I couldn’t wear because I couldn’t stand it anymore. If u’ve had your weave @ the sanhair and it tangles return it ASAP. It’s a useless company they don’t even respond on their emails if u complained. I’ll fight for my money there’s no way, I could have gone to R5 store nd bought myself cheap weave if I wanted a cheap weave that’s not in quality!!!!!!
