Horrible customer service and Appalling installation
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received yesterday from the Midrand branch.Upon picking a wig ,the service I received was appalling.I was discussed and dismissed by one of the ladies.Upon installation later in the day ,my wig lines we so thick and untidy ,lines were made with her fingers .The wig was installed halfway on my forehead .it was not clipped in .The braids are hanging out from the bottom of my wig .This morning my braids have become undone beneath the wig .It hasn’t even been 12 hours .I regret wasting my money and time there.
