Happy customer but first, a few things...
Overall I am happy with the hair, quality and density is great but, a few things that could be improved: 1. Online payment - there was an error as my transaction was being processed. It was only after I checked my balance that I could see that the transaction was indeed processed. Please fix your system. 2. No update on my order: once I'd paid, I had to constantly call to check if my order was ready. There is no way to trace the order; I wasn't told about a waiting period and staff didn't call back to let me know my wig was promised as promised 3. Packaging: the net is quite flimsy. Please consider an alternative in addition to the gold bag (which I absolutely love). So what else besides the bag can you put the wig in?

In regards to the net ,it is just provided to secure the wig before it gets to you, furthermore you can purchase a satin bag just for extra protective use .
