The San has great quality, each purchase has been the reason I keep buying hair from them. The hair holds styling and doesn't shed and their packaging is also cute and great for storing wigs! The hair has lasted going on to year 3 now and it's still gets compliments. The pre plucking option for wigs is amazing, not overly plucked and very neat.

However their virtual customer service really is a big deterrent.Their whatsapp platform for queries will bluetick you and no apologies or comms follow up when you make enquiries.
