Failed to deliver quality service and refund as promised

I’m extremely disappointed by the san hair, I bought a wig on the 14th of July 2024 and had to take it back for resizing as the cap was big and the hair took months before I could get some sort of communication from the san hair (Rustenburg branch). While I waited for the hair my husband decided to get me an another wig from the san hair again only to find out on the second purchase that the hair got lost between the manufacturer and courier guys. No communication and solution was done n till this day 12 February 2025 I have not been refunded. Again the the second purchase the wig was shedding so much,it looked like I was cutting my wig while walking and I informed them immediately on the first day after installation was done and they promised to replace or refund me again to this day I’ve never received my refund for the lost hair they lost and the shedding hair. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy hair from the San hair they offer cheap quality hair with unreliable bad service.
