EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

So very disappointed. I contacted them for assistance as someone who has never had an installation done and requested some information for me to make a booking with them. I am shocked and disappointed at the service I received, Literally one line answers with no explanations. I had to ask question after question to get the answers I was looking for and still one line replies. Extremely impersonal and unprofessional!!
