I previously wrote a review on The San Hair; expressing my dissatisfaction with a wig I bought. I initially rated them 1-Star.

My sincere intension was to assist the next person (still is) because in my experience, all I had to go on is Instagram posts. Nevertheless, an employee of The San reached out to me to best resolve the situation and asked me to bring in the wig for evaluation.

With that being said, I’d like to commend them on their Customer Service. They were forthcoming and showed willingness to amend the issue. Should you have a problem, I recommend you get in contact with them.
