Cresta Branch-Deserve an award for their over and above Customer Service, thank you.

i got my hair a couple of months ago and i was not happy with the service as the person i kept talking to was not very proffessional, according to me! But i got over it, i opened the hair after a few months and found it scew and very flat, which i was not happy about, i emailed customer service and they called almost immediately and advised that i take the hair to the Cresta Branch, i got there!There service was so amazing, they were friendly, they trimmed the hair, straightened the hair, put in combs for the volumes and it looks absolutely amazing, i am so happy, i will definetly come back for more, thank you Cresta Branch and the lady who served me;-)
