Bad service and no proper communication

I went there on the 5th/6th of December to view and choose my wig to be installed on the 8th.

I got there , fitted 2wigs and liked the one I have on now(I’ll send through a pic).

I was initially told that installation is R150.00 with your hair and R400.00 with my own hair. Cool, great stuff.

I went there Friday morning. Boom!!! I’m told a wig cap is being sold for R40, I was furious because I wasn’t told this when the sale ws pitched when I first visited. FINE, didn’t buy it and she laid my hair… whilst busy with my installation I’m told that I have to pay R250.00!!!! To my surprise, I only know of R150.00 which my partner also heard and i called him to confirm.

The lady was very mean and had this back and forth with her.

While on that, I’m told my wig is too big and I need to bring it back within 7days of purchase for resizing or I’ll have to pay R300.00!!!

Why was I not told about resizing when the sale was pitched ??? I knock off at 6pm and I CANNOT bring the wig within the SLA provided.

I had to pay the 250.00 for installation which I never budgeted for and I WANT MY REFUND OF R100.00.

And secondly, i can only take the wig back on Saturday or Sunday for resizing and I’m not willing to pay the R300 because this could’ve been communicated when the sale was pitched.

Now, I would appreciate a prompt response.
