Bad reception service at Midrand branch

So today 13 Dec 2021 at 11:20am I go to the store to buy a curly wig worth R4000! Time for me to pay they indicate I need to fit the wig to make sure it's the right size which makes sense. When I agree to fit the wig, again I have to buy a cap for R40 in order for me to fit the wig, a wig I'm about to buy??!! It's not that I didn't have the R40 but does it really make business sense to make a customer pay R40 to fit a wig she is buying???? Why not make the customer pay then give them a damn cap to fit the wig and if it's not the right size you are able to change for a new size but atleast you would've made a sale of R4000. Now you losing on a sale just bcz of a R40 cap! Wow! And the two receptionist was just unwelcoming and not friendly at all! I'll rather go spend my money were I'll be valued as a customer!
