Bad Customer service experience
So i am happy with my hair but I'm not happy about the customer service, i kept asking mpumie when my hair will be delivered, i was ignored for several days only to be sent an auto response of 3-5 working days, my hair was delivered the next day.my only complaint here is that there was delayed feedback and not even an apology.

we see though that you sent us an email after hours on the 30 June, our team responded the following day at 10:47 am, you responded to that email with another question which our team responded to. We apologise if you feel we were taking too long to respond, we had just started a sale we had a lot of emails to go through. But we do respond.
