A bunch of ****mers at The San Hair. Terrible customer service!
The San Hair Westgate branch provided the worst customer experience to me. The stylist damaged my frontal during installation and the installation lasted less than 24 hours on my head. This was very disappointing considering that I paid R1200 for installation and styling which did not even last. I reached out to head office and have been communicating with Sinazo, who is NOT helpful at all. She lacks communication skills and doe snot keep me updated pertaining to my request to have my frontal replaced as it was damaged by their staff. All I'm getting is the run around. What a terrible experience!
