PATHETIC SERVICE AND ETHICS

The owner Jacques as well as the manageress/sales lady Melanie are both so ********* that it is hard to believe they are still in business. The lady promise to keep a swimming pool for me to collect the next week. On Wednesday past I drove a 100km to Cape Town just to hear the pool is sold. But it doesn’t end there as the lady gives two different reasons and also lying about her boss (Jacques) saying he’s already on holiday. Even he himself now stands out of the water saying there’s nothing he can or even want to do about it. So please be very careful doing business with them as they have no word you can rely on.
