Hairy meals/ salt block preller

Terrible management, I found a hair in my food and I was told it's not a hair while the waiter's agreed with me that it was a hair the manager suggested I speak to the chef ok well the owner's came and said it could be the brush and just wanted to get rid of me. I asked for the brush and it was a mere silicone brush with no hair on it . I was forced to pay for a hairy meal
