No respect for Consumer rights.

Very poor business ethics and they don’t care about the clients. Bought a phone from Telkom Secunda and about 14 days later it stopped charging, booked in for repairs and 40 days later I still don’t have a new phone and no assistance even after visiting the Shop in Secunda many times. I was told the area manager is from TSS.
