on the 09 April 2021, i got the most amazing customers service ever from Precious and Mpho Rabele. i got the best premium. both Mpho & Precious assisted me with a query that i had since January 2021, it took them less than 2hours to resolve my issue that has lasted for 3 months. to be honest om quite in disbelief of the premium and the excess i was give, i would recommend any one to any day to speak to the two most dedicated, helpful, empathetic customer service agents i have come across. i wish God can bless both of you and for MiWay to realise what assets you are to the company.
