Prize not received

In Feb. '25 I've received a message from The Saints Wines that I won a significant amount of airtime-prize, but to date still have not received it. Initially there was response on my follow-ups, but their FB-Admin had stopped responding. Emails were sent too, but none responded to. Their FB-page is active regularly, but it seems they hope by ignoring me they can get away from not honouring their responsibility to give my airtime-prize.
