FRUSTRATED

hi , last year i booked an apartment at The Sails in Durban for this year`s easter holidays and i paid a deposit, late last year i cancelled my booking and they said they can`t pay men back until the unit is booked again, this year i try to book for the same dates and it`s fully booked so i send them the screenshot and ask them to deposit my money back and up until today no one is getting back to me and I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS THEY PROMISED. should they not respond to this, i will personally contact Wendy Knowler and this will be all over the media.
