Bad service at Sails on Timeball accommodation

We stayed at Sails on Timeball for 3 nights in room C404 but did not enjoy our stay there coz the maintenance sucks. The aircons in the lounge and one bedroom never worked and it was blistering hot for the days that we were there, the TV didn't work either, remote was not working,no internet yet on the website it clearly states that it has, the shower didn't work properly, as soon as u open it the water splashes all over, the cleaning service which we paid an additional cost for, barely cleaned, showers had black grime on the tiles, bedding was not clean and the highlight of it all was when the supervisor of the cleaning service tells us that we can only get fresh towels after 2 days, that was really bad. We took the managers number down and called her today to tell her abt our stay there, her answer back was she can't talk right now she's driving and says that everything is working without even checking. This kind of service is unexceptable because we paid a lot of money to stay there. I will never recommend this place to anyone again. The service there is pathetic.
