The sails in Durban ,so unprofessional

Booked two months back for a accomodation,7 days before the actual booking they call me to cancel my booking as there was a double booking,they're so unprofessional,the lady that called was so rude didn't even care we had booked flight tickets and so much expenses already,do not even waste Ure time their so unprofessional ,I'm very disappointed
