PAID FOR THE ITEM BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT

I purchased a digital clock spy camera from the SA WAREHOUSE online page. There was a two week delay in the shipping of the parcel, I had to phone and find out where my parcel was, then after three weeks the parcel arrived, but the item did not work. I informed them and sent the item back, I phoned to see if they had received the parcel back, which they confirmed that they had and that they would send another. To date I have not received anything, they do not answer their phones nor do they answer emails.
