You pay and they give your stories : Rustic Furniture Company

I had achieved a personal milestone and had moved out from my parents' home and was really looking forward to furnishing my place. Now this experience with them has soured my mood. Initially I was told I would receive my order on 24 June 2021( after ordering on 24 April 2021) and waybill number would be shared with me once the couriers collected the piece. I followed up with Rustic to request a refund on 25 June 2021. Their response - was to give me a call to let me know that I will receive my order on 29 June 2021. Given all the reviews here, I doubt that this will happen. Again I wished I had read the reviews before making the purchase but I did not. It is only fair and decent but it seems we do not even deserve that.
