Fails to deliver.

This company is perpetuating a ****. They take payment for items and fail to deliver. After numerous threats we were able to obtain half the order which was of an extremely poor quality. We have requested a refund for the outstanding amounts and have only received part payment. I will be engaging a debt collector in an attempt to recoup some of the loss.
