The Rubble Lady

Worst experience ever. Lady delivering grass was rude, abusive and seemed intoxicated. She was even dribbling after drinking what she said was lemon water, out of a glass. She started swearing and shouting at myself and our contractor because I asked where the roller was. She said they don't roll the grass, they stamp it with a brick, and said we should have enquired if they roll the grass (but our contractor did) When she was told swearing and shouting is not the way to treat a customer and she could leave with her grass if that was going to be her behaviour. Jenny threatened that if we don't take her grass she will come and dump 2 truckloads of rubble there. She insisted on being paid before even laying the grass and actually followed our contractor (60 year old lady) to spar where she was going to draw the money. She started pushing our contractor lady around by the atm in Spar and the security guard had to intervene. Fortunately for us there was a very nice guy laying tar and he went over the grass with his machine for us. The grass installation was not great and there seemed to be less grass than we ordered. This lady is a bully and it is a very bad reflection on the company.
