Unhappy customer

Theroyalsneakerstore ****e me R1400, I ordered a sneaker, paid cash and i still have a proof of payments and screen shots, till date i have not recieved my sneaker to make it worse they dont communicate to ease my thoughts...is been 3months now and am curtain that i was ****med...Please help
