Poor service and lip service

My wife booked a private dinner in their private lounge for 20 guests.<br> At booking time we inquired about a screen to use. We were told that there is a Big screen with a video inputs and a USB input.<br> <br> On the day on the function a cake was dropped off.<br> <br> on the day of the event we found that the TV was a cheap ******* with no inputs working hence we were unable to screen the presentation we had.<br> Secondly someone poked their finger through the cake.<br> The waiters were not interested in helping to fix the problems and their only response to anything you said was \Sorry
