Don't book on this hotel,they will ***** your money and ignore your calls

<p>I booked in this hotel for one night but I had some personal issues so I had to cancel, so I phoned them to cancel my bookings before the day I was supposed to be there, the lady confirmed that she canceled my bookings but yesterday they deducted R1300 from my account I don't know for what good reason so I phoned the hotel spoke to the manager, he concluded that he'll reverse it back on my account, but he hasn't reverse it back on my account I've been trying to get hold of the manager but each time I phone the hotel they giving me excuses I don't know if they don't want to pay me back my money or what!!! </p>
