What a horrible experience… its like a tavern

Horrible experience…. People drinking, loud , alcohol bottles everywhere it was like a shabeen… didn't feel safe had to lock ourselves in the unit …. Had too keep checking the cars so that no one bump into them. The rooms … tvs broken… the sheets was torn… only one towel in room… i wont return ever…. I logged the complaint with booking.com …. No response… how can one run a guesthouse for families to stay when you feel unsafe ….
